How can i place an order for restoration?
For now the way to place an order for the restoration and repaire service is contacting me by email. We will talk about the services needed for the heels or shoes. A photo from the pair is very welcome to see what needs to be done and make a price indication.
Is it possible to buy your High Heels?
Yes, some heels are for sale. If you fell in love with a pair of heels from my private collection, its possible to buy them. You can send me a message and wewill arrange an agreement.
Do you sell all sizes High Heels?
No, i do not sell all sizes High Heels.
The sizes i sell are EU 37, EU 37,5 and EU 38. These are the sizes i wear myself.
Do you ship world wide?
I almost ship world wide with PostNL or DHL. Some country’s are not able to ship to during restrictions. Feel free to contact me to be sure it’s possible to send the restored or new heels to you.
What you can expect from the service by orders:
Your order will be shipped properly packaged. National and international shipping is offered. Trading based on Incoterm EXW.
The order will be sent with track and trace as standard. Insured shipping at home and abroad is possible against payment and in advance in consultation. After delivery of your order at the post office, I will send you a message.
Shipment takes place within 1-3 business days. Depending on your destination, the delivery time will be between 3 and 21 days.
Shipment options by orders at Vinted are settled there.
Returns are not accepted.
What are the payment options?
There is a payment option for national and international customers:
National customers can choose between a bank transfer by Tikkie or payment by Paypal.
International customers can pay by Paypal.
Paypal offers the advantage that insurance of purchased goods is covered.
Would you like to place an order by vinted? Then everything is settled there for most of the European customers.

Protection of personal data: Not only because it is established by the dutch law (AVG) that you must protect personal data, also because I think discretion is very important, this subject has a high priority for me. Your data is protected against unauthorized use by third parties.
